 As the Senior Service Specialist for the VA territory, in conjunction with the Operations Director pilot the day-to-day operations of 200 plus combined hospital and clinic departments. This includes medical office support, medical records, medical records release of information, and document imaging. Maintaining the highest level of customer service to our hospital and clinic customers, and SDS Staff including the supervision of 31 employees.
