• Responsible for control and costing of telecommunication equipment totaling $30MM in Inventory and Fixed Assets for 25 branch and 2 centralized inventory locations nationwide.
• Responsible for availability of inventory in a "Just-in-Time" status and the maintenance of min/max levels.
• Evaluation of obsolesce, economically feasible to repair, and purchase price variance.
• Responsible for all journal entries related to Fixed Assets, Contract Change Authorizations, Inventory Consignment Sale, and Trade-ins.
• Procurement of all equipment associated with the maintenance of the telecommunication systems and the leasehold systems installed in 800 buildings.
• Price increases by vendors and effect on production of inventory considered and accompanying journal entries completed.
• Established Inventory module in MAS90/200 and merging of inventory items.
• Transition and training of 25 branch personnel during recent merger of divisions. Encompassing database maintenance, procedural and accounting policies.
• Supervision of procedures and policies for 25 Branch Material Coordinators. This includes the implementation of a new Corporate Purchasing system, the stipulations of year-end inventory policies, and the regulations of routine procedures.
