We're growing our team here in Atlanta ,GA:Compensation: $21.20/Hr with 2% cost of living yearly raises.Shift: 12:00AM-8:00AM Tues-Friday **Overtime usually available** Benefits: Work from Home, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, daily payJob Description:Responsibilities:

• Take and make phone calls from TA employees, referencing assistance on access to facilities, reports of threat, assisting on-site guards. Must have cell phone to download & use Avaya (phone software).
• Monitor video and alarm monitors
• Monitor threats US and globally using threat management software. Critical thinking and problem solving are a must
• Monitor shared email box in which TA employees, leadership, etc will use to contact the SCC to assist with events, threats, access etc. Attention to Detail, Proper spelling and punctuation are a must.Computer Requirements:
  • New version of Windows
  • Internet speed of 20 mbps upload/download or more
  • 8gb RAM or more
  • Anti-virus software (can be free version)
  • Java plug in
  • Single monitor set-up is ok, but dual monitor is recommended.Job expectations :
    • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
    • You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
    • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
    • Customer Service skill dealing with customer over the phone
    • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
    • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
    • Must have previous dispatch / operator experience
    • Must be able to handle high volume calls
    • Have advances computer skills
    • Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing this job.
    • Know when to escalate calls to supervisor when needed.Your background:
      • 3-5 years of Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
      • Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or related studies is a plus.
      • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
      • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
