OverviewThis position sits within our Marketing division, which
plans, directs, implements, and measures marketing programs for our
company, people, and software products.The OpportunityAs the Sr.
Marketing Web Developer, you will be an integral part in the
success of our GTM digital experiences. As a key member of the
marketing team, you will execute strategies and tactics across our
web presence through storytelling and design.Your role will be a
player/coach, helping facilitate team members and vendors to
implement initiatives defined by strategy while also executing on
those projects yourself. The Sr. Marketing Web Developer enjoys
working in a modern development environment (HubSpot preferred) and
has a passion for balancing design implementation with the
data-driven aspects of web analytics to enhance our marketing
results.The Sr. Marketing Web Developer will work with the
Director, Brand & Digital Marketing to create a comprehensive SEO &
SEM strategy, focusing on filling the top of the funnel with
motivated prospects while optimizing conversions across our
channels. An analytical approach, experimental mindset, and a
desire to let data dictate decision-making is essential for success
in this role.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing
- Lead a web development team focused on delivering motivated
prospects and sales opportunities to the Go-To-Market teams.
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize web pages, user
interfaces, and interactive digital experiences ensuring brand
standards and web development best practices.
- Guide your team with an experiment-first mindset. Push your
team to continuously test and learn, while reporting test results
to all relevant parties.
- Work with the SEO Specialist to develop and execute SEO
strategies to increase organic search growth, visibility, and drive
high-quality traffic to web properties.
- Manage and implement PPC strategies, including keyword research
and A/B testing, to maximize conversion and ROI.
- Analyze user behavior and web performance metrics to identify
opportunities for improving landing page conversion rates.
- Work closely with and manage communications between the web
development team and other stakeholders in marketing, sales, and
product teams to ensure web initiatives support broader company
initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to monitor and
analyze sales funnel performance, ensuring alignment between web
strategies and lead opportunity creation and conversion goals.
- Manage relationships with web development vendors and oversee
projects involving vendors.
- Quality Assurance (QA), bug reporting, tracking, and testing
across the Company's digital marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, web development technologies,
SEO techniques, and digital marketing innovations to drive
continuous improvement.
- Use various APIs and programming languages to pull in dynamic
web content.
- Build reusable code and libraries for consistency and to reduce
redundancies.
- Lead continuous efforts to provide accessible web experiences
for people with disabilities that comply with federal
regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure websites can adapt
quickly and easily in response to changes in web content,
applications, and priorities.
- Contribute to management of web hosting and DNS
records.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team
- 6+ years' experience in front-end web development with strong
hand coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery), and
responsive design frameworks.
- 3+ years' experience building web experiences inside the
HubSpot and WordPress CMS.
- 3+ years' experience managing a web development team.
- Experience in Enterprise B2B tech stacks that include
connecting HubSpot to CRM systems (Salesforce), customer and user
experience management systems (Gainsight PX/CS), and data
lakes/repositories (GCP).
- Working knowledge of HubSpot HUBL platform, PHP, Python,
backend databases (MySQL), BitBucket (Git).
- Experience with website analytic tools (e.g., Google
Analytics/Google Tag Manager, HotJar).
- Experience with A/B tests and content
targeting/personalization.
- Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites with
frequent updates, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong
eye for design layout with web/mobile UI/UX.
- Proven expertise in team management, accountability
enforcement, results-driven leadership, and strategic
decision-making.
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary
and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
skills.
- Understanding of Agile processes and workflow is a
bonus.Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- The physical activities of this position include frequent
sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for
extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities
close to the eyes.
- This position is considered hybrid. Team members are expected
to have an established workspace.
- Ability to work hybrid in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern
Kentucky or Norcross, Georgia area.
